Returns & Exchanges

At Pistons 313 Shop, we want you to represent Detroit with pride; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all league tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for verification until the refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
